1. Who can use Side Hustle Coach

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away at support@sidehustlecoach.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. What we provide

We provide personalised side hustle recommendations, roadmaps, an AI coach and community features. Our recommendations are advisory only — they are not financial, legal, tax or career advice. You make your own business decisions.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• The Free plan is free. The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription billed in advance.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing subscribers are protected for the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Post abusive, harassing, hateful, or misleading content in the community.
• Scrape, copy or resell our content or recommendations.
• Attempt to break, probe or circumvent the security of the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

6. Community content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the service. We may remove anything that breaches these terms.

7. AI-generated output

Recommendations, plans and coach replies are produced by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Use your judgement and seek professional advice for financial, legal, tax or health matters.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we will let you know in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
